Our Lifestyle InBody Re-Balance is a 8 week program and includes;

  • Full InBody Evaluation 
  • Lifestyle Assessment
  • Feedback reports with recommendations
  • Weigh In’s every 2nd week
  • 7-Day eating plan

There is a goal setting competition, with the overall prize winner – announced one week after the last weigh in of the competition.

  • we will set realistic goals – everyone can take part as a group to compete against each other to reach their required goals set
  • goals can include, most fat % lost, best body composition achieved, most muscle built etc…
  • a summarized progress reports to the company with overall results after the challenge.

Re-Balance Sessions

Each session is 60 mins long, this includes a full InBody evaluation & lifestyle assessment, these sessions are interactive with elements of fun, inspiration & upliftment.

We accommodate a max of 20 employees or individuals per session.

All attendees, receive worksheets (to work on @ their own pace), that will assist to maintain optimal levels of health & wellness, inspiring them on an amazing journey of self-development to a new YOU!

We start off with a full in-body evaluation & lifestyle assessment for each individual.

  • Eating Styles – What is yours
  • Meal Planning – making healthy eating easier
  • Health Products & Supplements

The aim is – to educate each individual to understand & know what is healthy or unhealthy when making food choices, purchasing products & health supplements, as well as keeping up to date with the different eating styles & meal plans.
